Sumit Kumar Shrivastava: QTP 11 Error not able to Identify IE8 or IE9 on Win 7

Error 1 : If you are facing the below issue i.e. the Object not recognised for web application IE8 or IE9 using Windows 7 and QTP 11

Solution 1: Kindly install the following patches from HP Support site

QTP_00709 for HP QuickTest Professional 11.00 QFE	http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM1054571
QTPWEB_00073 for HP QuickTest Professional 11.00 QFE	http://support.openview.hp.com/selfsolve/document/KM1134266
QTPWEB_00078 for HP QuickTest Professional 11.00 QFE	1. The BHOManager Class is installed correctly and enabled. 2. The Internet Explorer is not in protected mode. 3. If protected mode is required, please install the patch QTPWEB_00078 - "Add Support for IE9" (patch QTP_00709 - "Updates for QuickTest Professional 11" is required). If you have issues after this installation, please let me know. On some machines, this patch may cause a hang of the system.
